For the interested this is a good chance to see how I sketch and do art generally (which means not very well thought out, and definitely not very well colored!). I always finds it easiest to start with an individual's eyes and nose (get the main points right) and from this base I work out the rest of the body - sometimes I use the infamous "anatomy circles" but mostly not, which this video is an example of.
